Marcus is the founder of JM Factors. He is a lawyer and founded his own practice by the name of Marcus Tan & Co. and later joined by other partners with the same vision to becoming a legalpreneur.
JM Factors is situated in the heart of city, Wisma Golden Eagles Realty, which is opposite KLCC, the Twin Towers. With his expertise, the best suitable and comfortable solution will be always given to our customers.
OPERATION MANAGER
Lai Kok Siong
He graduated from Diploma of Computer Science in year 2001, Tunku Abdul Rahman College. For the past 20 years, he had been counseled the SPM & STPM leavers in their further study plan nationwide.
In year 2015, he successfully to obtained his Level 3 Vocational Training Officer. Under his supervision, he had successfully to set up an approval accredited center (Pusat Bertauliah) from JPK under Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia.
He has experiences in the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, handling among others money lending matters. Therefore, he would be able to advise customers in factoring financing with a most suitable and complete solution to solve their financial problems.
CREDIT MANAGER
Alan Hiew
His background practice mainly consists of advising and representing owner of the commercial office building in a full range of transactions in the sphere of real estate.
He primarily assists landlord in completing negotiation, conducting KYC for various commercial office building. Individuals and corporate clients regularly seek his assistance for sub-sale matters including purchase of properties and lease of office building.
In the area of credit management, Alan regularly advises client in factoring financing including process and arrangement of facilities, conduct checking of client’s background and advise them accordingly to meet their objectives. Alan is well verse in factoring financing in relation to real estate and project development.
